Inner Fears

I was once young,
indeed I am now old;
yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken,
nor his seed seeking bread

Psalm 37:25

Yeshua, help me not to give in
to my inner fears,
no matter how real they may be
Knowing You are always near,
to help and guide and to provide
for me You have never let me down,
so why should I be afraid
of a new change?
You will always keep me safe and sound
For yesterday, today and forever
You are the same
I have been through so many trying times,
and You have always seen me through
I have been through more rain
than sunshine
and it always seems to bring me
closer to You
