On This Day

And the blood shall be for a sign to you
on the houses in which you are,
and I will see the blood, and will protect you,
and there shall not be on you the plague of destruction,
when I smite in the land of Egypt.
And this day shall be to you a memorial,
and you shall keep it a feast to Yehovah
through all your generations;
you shall keep it a feast for a perpetual ordinance.

Exodus 12:13-14

On this day will be to you memorial
And you will keep My feast forever
For on this day when I see the blood,
I will protect you
For the plague shall not come to you this night

You will take a lamb, a male spotless lamb
And keep it until the fourteenth of the month
Then kill it in the eve,
place the blood on the lintel,
even on the door posts of the house

For seven days, you will eat unleavened bread
you shall take all the leaven from your house
For this day shall be holy, even the seventh day
As you observe the feast of unleavened bread

For on this day,
I have brought you out of Egypt
with an outstretched arm have I delivered you
And through the generations this feast will be remembered
Even forever
